The Boker Pure CPM line is a top-end series of kitchen knives straight from the kitchen cutlery capital of the world: Solingen, Germany, where each knife is handcrafted. This line gets its name from the CPM-154 steel used for the blades. This premium steel affords edge retention and toughness far surpassing most kitchen knife steels. The simple, yet unique design of these knives is attributed to Jens Anso, a renowned Danish knifemaker, who patterned them after a traditional Danish style.
