Boker’s Damascus Black and Damascus Olive kitchen lines exhibit beauty and breathtaking cutting capability. The secret to their performance lies in the composition of their blades: 37 layers of Damascus steel with a high-impact VG-10 core, which bears the sharpened edge. VG-10 is a tough, Japanese-made stainless steel capable of becoming and remaining extremely sharp. Each knife is handmade after a traditional Japanese style in Solingen, German, by Boker’s experienced craftsman. They are available with either a black or olive wood handle.
